Selection & Care Guide

Inspect before selecting
Identify whether you are repairing cured concrete or imprinting fresh concrete. These are separate tasks. A crack with movement, unequal levels or active water ingress needs professional assessment; a cosmetic filler is not a substitute for finding the cause. Measure the prepared opening, total line length and representative width and depth. Do not estimate repair volume from a photograph alone.
Five application formats
The 500 mL nozzle bottle gives a direct application point. The 300 mL cartridge requires a compatible cartridge gun for controlled beads. The 1 kg tub allows a filling knife to lift material for shallow voids. The 1 L spout pouch refills a clean compatible applicator. The 150 mL tube gives a small pack and fine tip for short details. Never mix products, transfer into food containers or infer chemistry from packaging. Follow the instructions supplied with the goods for handling, preparation and curing.
Five relief decisions
Ashlar Slate uses rectangular joints; Running Bond Brick uses staggered courses. Random Stone favors irregular shapes. Wood-Grain Plank carries grain along a 36 × 12 in footprint. Cobblestone Fan uses curved radiating blocks. Draw the pattern direction, obstructions and boundaries before working. One mat does not guarantee edge matching or seamless coverage. Make a trial to assess release, surface readiness and pressure rather than experimenting on the finished area.
Cleaning and storage
Remove residue according to the supplied care instructions. Avoid sharp metal scraping on a polyurethane relief face. Dry mats and store them flat, without heavy loads or heat distorting the pattern. Wipe filler tips, close the original containers promptly and keep materials away from children. Do not invent a universal temperature window or cure period: the supplied instructions and site conditions determine them. Stop using a pack that leaks or appears damaged and ask for advice.
Planning your order
Check capacities, nominal dimensions and the selected radio option on the product page. Add one or more units; quantities can be changed in the cart, and setting a quantity to zero removes it. Delivery is $12 below a $200 merchandise subtotal, or free from $200. Checkout submits a request rather than charging you. We confirm availability and delivery before payment. Send your product list and delivery ZIP code to [email protected] if you need a format comparison.
