Shipping Policy
Delivery area and addresses
We accept order requests for street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes or international destinations. Enter a complete street address with a building number, city, state and ZIP code. Include a unit number where needed. Checkout screens basic address format but cannot guarantee that a carrier can reach every address; we confirm eligibility before accepting the order and payment.
Charges shown before submission
Delivery is $12 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $200. At a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more, delivery is $0. These amounts apply to the ordinary delivery area described above and appear in the cart and checkout. Product prices and totals are in USD with applicable sales tax included. We do not silently add a freight surcharge after you submit. If a request cannot be delivered on the displayed terms, we explain the issue and you may decline before paying.
Handling and transit estimates
Allow 2–4 business days for handling after order confirmation and cleared payment, then an estimated 3–7 business days for transit. Weekends and public holidays do not count. Submitting the form does not begin the handling period because availability and payment arrangements still need confirmation. Weather, carrier disruption and remote routing can affect transit. No guaranteed delivery date, same-day dispatch or specific carrier is promised. We provide dispatch or tracking information when available through the contact channel agreed for the order.
Changes, delivery problems and packages
Check the address before submitting and contact us immediately if it is wrong. Changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. If a delivery attempt fails or the carrier returns a parcel because of an incorrect address or refusal, contact us to discuss redelivery; any proposed extra carrier cost is disclosed before agreement. Goods may require protective packaging appropriate to a filler container or mat face. If a parcel appears damaged, photograph the pack where safe, retain it and contact us rather than using a damaged product.
Delayed, missing or incorrect delivery
If the delivery has not arrived within the estimated period, email [email protected] with your reference, address and any tracking information. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and investigate with the carrier, with an update normally within 5 business days. Tell us promptly about missing or wrong items, preferably within 7 calendar days; this does not reduce your legal rights for later-discovered defects. We arrange an appropriate resolution rather than require you to settle our carrier claim first. Do not create a new paid order to replace a missing parcel without discussing it.
