Merchant and scope

We sell physical concrete repair supplies and decorative texture mats. We do not offer installation, site inspection, engineering advice or structural repair design. Use the site lawfully and submit accurate contact and delivery information. Buyers must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement.
Order request and acceptance
Adding goods to the cart does not reserve stock. Place order saves a request and gives an order reference. No payment is taken at that point, and a confirmation page alone is not acceptance of a sale. We aim to review the request within 2 business days and contact you about availability, delivery and payment. A sale proceeds only after the details and payment arrangements are expressly confirmed. We may decline unavailable goods, ineligible addresses, obvious pricing errors or requests we reasonably suspect are abusive. We will not silently substitute another product.
Prices, quantities and delivery
Prices are in US dollars and include applicable sales tax; checkout does not add a separate tax amount. Delivery is $12 per order below a $200 merchandise subtotal and free at $200 or above. The cart accepts 1–20 units per product; contact us before requesting more. We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC, not Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military or PO box addresses. Handling after confirmation and cleared payment is normally 2–4 business days, with estimated transit of 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates.
Product selection and safe use
Review the capacity, nominal dimensions and selected format before ordering. Images illustrate the complete product format; lighting and screen differences affect appearance. A single stamping mat does not guarantee seamless area coverage. Fillers are offered for cosmetic non-structural surface work, not as a certified structural or waterproofing system. Examine the substrate, perform a trial and follow the supplied instructions. Consult a qualified professional for movement, settlement, displacement or active water ingress. Do not rely on a product photograph to diagnose a defect.
Problems, cancellation and your rights
Contact us promptly with the order reference to correct or cancel an unconfirmed request. After payment, we will explain whether dispatch can still be stopped. Unopened, unused goods may be requested for a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery under the Returns Policy. Defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods are considered separately and nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not make blanket promises about fitness for every project. If a dispute arises, contact us first with the facts and preferred resolution; we aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. These terms do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections. Effective October 19, 2026.
